Key West Tropical Garden Wedding | Key West Wedding Photography | Anna and Doug

Anna & Doug's wedding day in Key West started off with a first look in front of a historic house. This was my first time to Key West and I was surprised by how much the architecture reminded me of the Bahamian architecture back home. I later found out that houses were actually moved from the Bahamas and brought to Key West. We then took a golf cart ride around, stopping by the beach and Fort Zachary Taylor and finally finding a friendly rooster for Anna to get a photo with!

Friends from far and near joined Anna and Doug for a beautiful ceremony in the tropical gardens of the historic Audubon House. Mokey-Mae and Fozzy-Bear, their beloved pups, took part in the ceremony as flower girl and ring bearer. Even Anna’s best friend who just had a baby and couldn’t make it to the wedding in person joined in via video-chat.

Most of the day had been overcast and the sun came from behind the clouds right as we walked out on the dock just in time for a beautiful sunset. After sunset we headed to the reception at First Flight Brewery where Anna & Doug got a welcome Mojito and had their first dance under the trees and twinkle lights in the courtyard. After lots of food and dancing the Junkanoo band arrived to escort the wedding party to Duval Street for some more fun!
